Mickey Thomas is the owner of the soaring voice that propelled STARSHIP through the decade of the 80s. With his soulful and compelling vocals, Mickey has established himself as one of rock music’s most recognizable stars. The group was renamed STARSHIP in 1985 and went on to record three #1 hit songs including “We Built This City,” “Sara,” and “Nothing’s Gonna Stop Us Now.” Their hit “It’s Not Over ‘Til It’s Over” became Major League Baseball’s theme in 1987. Mickey’s stellar voice and video charisma on STARSHIP’s video classics became staples on MTV and VH1

Foghat continues to appeal to fans of all ages because their music is timeless. They play with an energy that perpetuates youthful exuberance, no matter how old they may be. Those in the audience, whether they discovered Foghat in the video game “Guitar Hero III,” from the movie “Dazed & Confused,” heard “Slow Ride” in the film “Top Gun/Maverick” in 2023, or first heard them when they purchased their 1972 debut album, knows they are the real deal. Baby Boomers, Gen X’ers and Millennials and on down all come together with a single purpose when the band comes to town. They wanna boogie…and boogie they do!
